Our products are mainly aluminium and zinc die castings, which are the parts for the generator, diesels, electrical machines,lamps,bearings,door locks and other equipments
1) Commodity: zinc & aluminum alloy die cast
2) Though mould, casted by Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine, then processing, finishing, electoplating, etc. All the products are finished and quality checked one by one by ourselves.
3) We have constantly quality check. We do quality check every time when we make new products. The mould engineers are master of the mould size. The technician do quality check of die-casting, processing, polishing and plating, including surface treatment and size.
Finally, there's a comprehensive quality check to the finish the products.
4) While you provide us drawings or samples, we are able to make mould and manufacture.
